Winger has spent the last fifteen years directing commercial content and award-winning documentaries. Over this time, Winger has worked with several incredible brands including leading Film Creative at lululemon. Currently, Winger is the Director of Video + Content at Origin, an outdoor-focused agency, and a co-founder of Well Travelled Collective — a female-led production company focused on conscious content and getting more under-represented creatives behind the camera.

Winger is also passionate about developing female talent and with this, program and lead workshops that help women build their technical filmmaking skills.

Beyond the film work, Winger has been in a relentless pursuit of ‘hard skills’. Yeah, the kind you need to avoid getting voted off the island. You can find Winger charging the backcountry, logging excess kilometers on a bike, and geeking out on all things fungi.
